Shooting threat targeted to Garfield Middle School in Revere, Massachusetts was determined to be unfounded, police said.
On Sunday evening, a 24-hour online school threat monitoring team released a statement from Dallas, Texas, flagging a “potential unspecified threat” from social media to the Massachusetts middle school which foundation investigators also tracked to Hamilton, Ohio
The team, called The One in Five Foundation for Kids, was formed after the 2022 mass school shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, and aims to prevent violence from schools across the U.S.
