The Uvalde Foundation For Kids is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization, a 501c(3) Charity (No. 88-3268749) committed to student advocacy and violence prevention. Originally formed in response to the Uvalde, Texas tragic mass shooting at Robb Elementary School - Today we work in schools & communities across the nation.
The conversation around school violence needs to change. We at The Uvalde Foundation For Kids understand that the approach to ending the epidemic of violence, nationwide needs to be a multi-level one, focused on prevention rather than response. Since 2022, The foundation has quickly experienced rapid growth & demand for its unique, aggressive & multilevel approaches to addressing & ending school violence as well as advocacy on behalf of youth in communities across the nation.
In May 2025, after an extensive restructuring, our foundation emerged with an even greater, versatile, focused & dedicated team of additional organizational leaders and renewed, expanded vision and services.
The foundation works 24 hours per day/365 days per year, out of schools, community centers, churches, homes, businesses & our chapter offices nationwide, to end school violence, nationwide & advocate for the future's our nation's students so deserve....
We continue our dedication to changing the cultural trajectory of student violence & advocating on behalf of our nation's students, school communities and youth nationwide. From our school violence prevention programming and student advocacy to our national bullying prevention programs & 24 hour school crisis response outreaches, to our student & community scholarship programs -
The foundation is leading the way in addressing the welfare of our nations students and communities
As we enter into the Summer/Fall 2025, the foundation has now begun to lobby in a limited, bipartisan level, to create even more of a powerful, long-term impact on student safety and welfare, through our lobbying efforts - Drafting legislative proposals, such as "Conrad's Law," in Missouri and "Ahmir's Law," In Iowa.
We continue to advocate on behalf of students, families & school communities nationwide to end violence among our school communities & increase the quality of life for our youth!
