TEXAS YOUTH DONATE TO SUPPORT OHIO SCHOOL COMMUNITY FOLLOWING TRAGEDY
Dallas, TX / PARMA HEIGHTS, OH — The Youth Peace & Justice Foundation, also known as The Uvalde Foundation for Kids, today announced that student members in Texas have contributed an initial $250 donation raised through a local car wash fundraiser to support the Valley Forge High School community following the recent tragic death of a student.
The foundation noted that while small, the contribution reflects a heart felt youth-led effort by foundation students to provide immediate, tangible support to a school community navigating grief and loss.
YOUTH-LED ACTION AND SOLIDARITY
The Foundation emphasized that the donation was organized and led by students, highlighting a powerful example of peer-to-peer compassion during a time of national concern around school safety and student well-being.
“This is young people responding to tragedy with action,” the Foundation stated. “They came together, organized a fundraiser, and turned concern into direct support.”
The $250 donation will be directed toward assisting the affected family and supporting immediate needs within the school community.
