The Youth Peace & Justice Foundation, operating formerly under The Uvalde Foundation For Kids, a 501c3 registered national charity; is dedicated to ending the epidemic of violence in its physical and cultural forms across the nation.
The organization was founded in the immediate aftermath of the tragedy at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.
As the organization’s mission expanded nationally — supporting schools, families, and communities across the country in crisis prevention, memorialization, and violence response — the name evolved to the **Youth Peace & Justice Foundation**.
That transition reflects the broader scope of our work while still honoring where the mission began.
We believe that "connection," to tragedy is measured by action, not proximity. Since its founding, the organization has dedicated sustained time, advocacy, programming, and resources toward protecting children and advancing accountability in schools and communities nationwide.
We serve communities by driving national cultural change to ensure the safety and sustained well-being of America's youth.
